Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details of delivery. At the moment we can only accept orders from within the UK.

Amending your Order
Should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by emailing us up until the point of dispatch.

Payments & Refunds
We won’t ask you for any payment until we’ve made sure that all the goods in your shopping cart have been processed. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order. Your order will be dispatched once the bank has cleared your cheque.

Your Right to Cancel
Above all, we want you to be happy with the photo you have bought from us. If for any reason you change your mind simply return it to us in a good and saleable condition up to 7 days after receipt, and we will give you a full refund. You will be responsible for postage on the returned goods. Please ensure that the return is safely packed, using the original packaging. We recommend that a recorded delivery service be used. Please email us in advance to let us know about any returns.
